Nightly Stories is a subscription service that delivers one personalized, AI-generated bedtime story to your email address each night. Stories are tailored to your child based on the information you provide at signup, including their name, age, genre preference, and optional companion name and parent note.
Stories are generated using artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure high quality and age-appropriate content, story output may vary. If you ever receive a story that doesn't feel right, contact us at hello@getnightlystories.com and we'll make it right.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Nightly Stories. By signing up, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom you are creating an account, and that you have the authority to provide their information and consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nightly Stories is offered as a monthly subscription at $19.99/month. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial before their first charge.
We reserve the right to update our pricing. If pricing changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@getnightlystories.com with the subject line "Cancel my Nightly Stories subscription."
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive stories until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at hello@getnightlystories.com within 7 days of your most recent charge and we will do our best to make it right. We want every family to have a great experience.
All stories generated by Nightly Stories are created using AI and are intended for children. We design our prompts to produce age-appropriate, imaginative, and positive content. However, AI-generated content is not infallible.
Stories delivered through Nightly Stories are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish stories for commercial purposes without our written permission.
By signing up, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your child. You are responsible for keeping your email address current so that stories are delivered successfully.
How we collect, store, and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
We aim to deliver one story every night. Occasional delays or missed deliveries may occur due to technical issues, email delivery failures, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for missed deliveries, but if you experience consistent issues please contact us and we will resolve them promptly.
Nightly Stories is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
